Men’s Running Singlets

Fractel's mens running singlets are cut for hot days, interval work and race efforts where airflow matters most.

Minimal coverage, maximum airflow

Ultra-light fabric and open-mesh zoning cut bulk and keep heat escaping, and smooth seams stay out of the way at speed. A racerback cut opens up the shoulders for a fuller, more natural arm swing on faster efforts.

REPREVE fabric, as light as it gets

These mens running singlets are the lightest piece in the men's range, cut from REPREVE recycled polyester with open-mesh zoning through the areas that generate the most heat. Less fabric, less weight, less to think about at race pace.

Racerback, for a reason

The racerback cut isn't just a style choice. Opening up the shoulders lets your arms swing through a fuller, more natural range, which matters more than people expect once the pace lifts past an easy jog.

Pair it with our hat range and running socks to keep the kit light, or browse the wider men's apparel range.

FAQs

What makes your mens running singlets different from a standard gym tank?

Our singlets are built specifically for running, using advanced fabrics like Coolcore® Breeze™ and Finish Line™ that are lightweight, ultra sweat‑wicking and thermoregulating. Bonded seams and race‑ready silhouettes help reduce chafing and keep you comfortable when the pace lifts.

Are your mens running singlets race-fit or more relaxed?

We offer a performance fit that’s close to the body without feeling restrictive - streamlined enough for race day but comfortable for everyday training. Product descriptions and size guides call out if a specific style runs more fitted or relaxed.

Are the singlets see‑through?

Our performance meshes are lightweight and breathable, so some lighter colours can appear slightly sheer under bright light. If you prefer more coverage, choose darker colours or pair your singlet with a base layer.

How should I choose my singlet size if I’m between sizes?

If you like a true race fit with minimal movement, go with the smaller size; if you prefer a bit more room for easy runs or layering, size up. Check the chest and length measurements in the Size Guide for the most accurate choice.

Will mens running singlets chafe more than a fitted shirt, since there's more skin-on-skin contact?

It can, at the underarm, if the seams aren't finished properly. Ours use bonded seams specifically to cut that risk, so you get the airflow of a singlet without paying for it later in the run compared with a fitted shirt.

Are mens running singlets actually cooler than a t-shirt, or mainly lighter and more aerodynamic?

Mostly the latter. Less fabric means less weight and less wind resistance, which is why racers reach for them, but a singlet doesn't dramatically change how your body sheds heat compared to a well-ventilated tee. The real benefit is less bulk and better airflow through the armholes and shoulders.
