We design our hats specifically for endurance and outdoor performance, using lightweight, breathable technical fabrics that wick sweat, dry fast, and hold their shape over long days out. Many styles also use recycled yarns and are part of our 1% for the Planet commitment, so you’re choosing gear that’s better for the planet as well as your run.

Think about your conditions first: caps and truckers are great all-rounders, bucket and legionnaire hats offer more sun coverage, visors maximise airflow, and adventure styles are built for rugged trails. Use the filters on our collection pages (activity, fabric, series) to narrow down your options, then pick the silhouette you feel best wearing.

Many of our hats are one-size with an adjustable closure, while others come in specific circumferences (for example 56.5 - 60 - 62 cm in select series). Check the Size Guide or “Find Your Fit” link on each product page for measurement ranges and fit notes, especially if you prefer a deeper or more relaxed crown.

We recommend a cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, ideally in a wash bag, then hang to dry out of direct heat. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and ironing - the technical fabrics and internal sweatband are designed to perform best with simple care.

A large portion of our range uses recycled performance fabrics like REPREVE®, Coolcore®, Polartec® and other Bluesign®-approved materials, helping reduce waste and resource use. We also contribute 1% of all sales to environmental partners as part of 1% for the Planet.
