Our shift to a more sustainable business is happening right now. By implementing new methods of sourcing and manufacturing, we hope to not only build a platform for the future of Fractel, but also inspire other businesses to do the same.

Beginning in 2021, we began transforming our range of headwear to now be made using fabrics that incorporate recycled yarns. We’ve given a new life cycle to repossessed plastic bottles and recycled excess yarns that were once destined for landfill, now making them part of our latest high-performance products.

Our Fabrics

At Fractel, we prioritise sustainability by sourcing exceptional performance fabrics made from recycled yarns through trusted global partners like REPREVE®, Polartec®, and Coolcore®. These eco-friendly materials deliver industry-leading performance while minimising environmental impact, ensuring every product supports a more sustainable future.

Bluesign® certification ensures that our goods are made from materials that are produced only using chemicals and processes that are safe for people and the environment and that air and water emissions from the manufacturing processes are entirely clean.

This not only ensures that the final textile product meets very stringent consumer safety requirements worldwide but also provides confidence to the consumer to acquire a sustainable product.
