Running cap for small heads in tan worn with a high ponytail

Talla pequeña no significa menos opciones

FAQs

Why doesn't just tightening the strap on a standard cap work for a smaller head?

An adjustable strap only changes the circumference, not the proportions. On a smaller head, a standard cap's crown is still too deep, so you get puckering at the back and the peak sits lower over your eyes even at the tightest setting.

How do I measure my head to check if I need a smaller-fit cap?

Wrap a tape measure (or string) around your head above your eyebrows and ears. Under roughly 54-55cm generally means a standard cap will run big, and a smaller-fit style like our E-Series will sit properly.

What's different about a cap made for smaller heads, beyond a tighter strap?

A properly small-fit cap like the E-Series is cut with a shallower crown and a low profile from the start, so the fit is right at the base measurement rather than relying on the adjuster to do all the work.

Are hats for small heads the same as kids' sizing?

No, hats for small heads like our E-Series are adult caps cut for a smaller adult head, not a kids' size. If you're shopping for a younger runner, get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

Where can I find hats for small heads if a standard cap always feels loose?

Our E-Series is one of the hats for small heads worth trying, it's cut with a shallower crown and a lower profile from the start, rather than just a tighter strap on a standard mould.
